Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE FROM LOGIT.NET

For products purchased directly from logit.net/products/, you can receive a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of purchase. 

To obtain a refund, please do the following:

  1. Send an email to support@logit.net with the subject "REFUND".
  2. In the email, include the order ID which you can find in the email receipt you received immediately after your purchase.
  3. (Optional) Kindly provide the reason for refund. We're committed to improving our products and the level of service we provide.
